FESTO MPS with Robotino

MPS (Modular Production Systems) with a distribution station comprised with a vertical storage (8 pieces) and rotating pneumatic arm with suction cup, feeding the selection station. The selected parts are then available for the Robotinoâ (Mobile Robot) responsible for transport and storage. All MPS are controlled with
Siemens S7-1200 PLCs. 

FESTO Robotino

Omni-directional transport Robot with gripper to transport work pieces. Is capable to move in all directions and rotate on its axis. It’s driven by three DC industrial motors with optical encoders that allows a maximum speed of 10 km/h.

DENFORD AGV

AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) from DENFORD with two DC motors and guided by a white tape on the floor. It is controlled by a Unitronics PLC with speed management capacity, direction control and capable to stop for battery charging and for loading/unloading the AGV.

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)

Several Siemens S7-200 PLCs series (PCUs 212-226) and kits with HMI (KTP600 Colour), S7-1200 PLCs, PILZ safety relay and signalling lights. These kits allow the simulation of start-stop type control systems, manual and automatic cycles, emergency stop and more.

Speed Control Panel

Control panel consists of a HMI console KTP400,
S7-200 PLC with Profibus communication, one Fan and one three-phase AC motor controlled by a frequency inverter M420.

Three Axis Pneumatic Manipulator

Manipulator system consists of two pneumatic linear cylinder with ripper associated with a rotary pneumatic cylinder and controlled with S7-226 PLC DC.
